ORDERS & SHIPPING
Can I change or modify my order?
- For unshipped orders, the order can be edited via "My Orders."
- For already shipped orders, the order CANNOT be changed. If your order has shipped, we recommend applying for a return after you receive the order.
When will I receive my order?
In your order confirmation you will receive approximate delivery times. If you added tracking to your order, you will receive a tracking number when it becomes available.
What are the shipping options?
We understand that shipping costs can be a hassle when placing an order. That is why we provide multiple options for you at checkout. You can choose free shipping without tracking or reduced shipping rates. See our Shipping Policy page for more details.
What do I do if I never received my order?
If you have not received your order and it is past the expected delivery date, contact us at support@thekavecollection.com. We will look into your order and get back to you as soon as possible. Note that for international shipments there may be delays at customs due to Covid-19.
What is the return policy?
We do our best to ensure satisfaction on all our products. We have a 30 day return policy. To be eligible for a return, you must have the receipt or proof of purchase along with the item in the original condition you received it in. See our Returns Policy page for more details.
